Temporary Placement
Temporary placement offers maximum flexibility for clients and lets candidates work in a variety of positions and cultures. From covering vacations to managing sudden caseload increases, assignments can range from one day to many months. Landmark pays candidates as W-2 employees and assumes responsibility for employer taxes and worker's compensation to reduce risk and administration for clients.

Temp-To-Hire
This service is an ideal way for clients to evaluate candidate skills in real time, while candidates assess the firm's culture and become part of its team. When clients convert a temporary employee to a regular hire status, Landmark gives credit for all time a candidate has worked on our payroll. We also facilitate the conversion process to ensure a smooth transition for both parties.
