This service is an ideal way for clients to evaluate candidate skills in real time, while candidates assess the firm's culture and become part of its team. When clients convert a temporary employee to regular hire status, Landmark gives credit for all time a candidate has worked on our payroll. We also facilitate the conversion process to ensure a smooth transition for both parties.
